ABOUT THE ROLE
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company that frees people and agents to ship what’s next. As a growth-focused Fullstack Engineer, you will play a central role in driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention through highly performant and visually stunning web experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dynamic pages, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will lead complex frontend projects that establish Vercel as a gold standard for brand and product marketing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation across multiple channels
- Designing and implementing scalable applications, web services, and APIs with a focus on user experience and performance
- Contributing to our design system and upholding industry-leading UX standards
- Continuously improving engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team productivity
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs, delivering quick, high-quality resolutions
- Writing technical documents and maintaining internal tools to empower other teams
- Reviewing and providing feedback on contributions from other engineers
- Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing for conversion, speed, and reliability across the funnel
- Critically thinking about foundational areas of the Vercel application to ensure ease of maintenance and future extensibility
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks
- Full stack experience (comfortable designing or consuming APIs and working with various services)
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices—especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization
- Proven knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization
- Stellar cross-functional communication skills
- Eye for good user experiences and a knack for “getting the visuals right”
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
WHY REMOTE
This role is fully remote, with the option to work from one of our offices in SF, NY, London, or Berlin for in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Vercel offers a competitive compensation package, including equity, as well as an inclusive healthcare package, flexible time off, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The base pay range for this role is $196,000 - $294,000, with actual salary based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
