Senior Technical Program Manager, Information Security

ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Technical Program Manager, Information Security is an expert-level technical program leader who will drive end-to-end delivery of complex, technically demanding cross-functional programs across the Global Security Services (GSS) organization. Reporting into the Head of Security Strategy and Governance, this role will support strategic initiatives that span third-party risk, compliance, and audit readiness, AI governance, and risk and control framework rollouts. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Information Security, you will lead program delivery for GSS's most complex initiatives, set and refine program rhythms, and apply AI-enabled GSS tooling to reduce manual toil and improve program reporting. You will identify automation and AI opportunities in program management itself and partner with SSG's reporting and analytics capability to operationalize them. Additionally, you will run risk analysis, contingency planning, and trade-off conversations with senior stakeholders, maintain authoritative status materials for GSS leadership, and act as a player-coach to other program managers across GSS and GTS. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience as a technical program manager in information security, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives across engineering and security stakeholders. You will have demonstrated expertise in scoping, planning, and delivering strategic and tactical security programs within a matrixed environment. You should have a working knowledge of security frameworks, project management and/or security framework certifications, and experience building and tracking security KPIs and metrics.
