The Guest Experience team is responsible for Search and Discovery, Merchandising, and end-to-end online software experience worldwide. We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join the Guest Data Science team and lead the development of data products that provide a compelling experience for our users. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Data Scientist on the Guest Data Science team, you will be at the core of using AI and causal inference to understand user behavior in our app, detect underlying intent, and build data products that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating complex data insights to stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You should have experience with large-scale data processing, data visualization tools, and programming languages such as Python or R.
