Senior Solutions Engineer - West

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team at Webflow, a remote-first company that's building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in inspiring our customers by helping them understand the art of what's possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story that shows how our solution helps them meet their business objectives. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery. You will guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow, ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements. You will conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development. You will present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges. You will lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate, influence product direction for short and long-term success by representing the customer voice, and support cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow's mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone. You will also travel up to 25%. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally with a consultative approach and a passion for helping customers solve problems. You will need to be able to creatively problem-solve with AI where appropriate. You will thrive in this role if you consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions, exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates, possess strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities. The ranges for this role are as follows: - United States: $178,000 - $210,000 (Zone A), $166,500 - $196,000 (Zone B), $156,500 - $184,000 (Zone C) - Canada: $174,500 - $205,000
