Senior Solutions Engineer | Israel | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Grafana Labs, a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between our highly technical engineering team, customers, and sales team, helping to educate and enable customers to achieve success with our open-source observability platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Solutions Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: Partnering with our sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers Owning the technical engagement with customers and helping to close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and the competitive landscape Driving product conversations based on need and problems with customers Working with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public or private enablement material WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote internal teams and worldwide customers The ability to skillfully articulate our value proposition and the technical advantages of our products A technical mindset and a desire to grow technically Must be located in Israel WHY REMOTE As a remote company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. BENEFITS In Israel, the OTE compensation range for this role is ILS 600,000 - ILS 743,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
