Senior Solutions Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an exceptional Senior Solutions Engineer to join our vibrant Customer Solutions Team at Fin, the AI Customer Agent company revolutionizing how customer service is delivered today. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of AI-first customer service, inspiring a bold vision, and delivering impactful solutions that make AI-powered support a reality for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll engage directly with our customers as their trusted advisor, leading technical discovery to identify and address their needs. You'll deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Fin's value and technical expertise, conducting impactful, value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions, and designing and leading tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase Fin's capabilities. You'll also serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice, and build trust with customers by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, managing C-Level technical and business relationships. You'll have strong technical acumen with experience in conducting technical discovery and delivering high-impact value presentations. You'll be able to solve problems independently while thriving in collaborative team environments, with proven time management skills and the ability to quickly identify and communicate the value proposition throughout the sales cycle.
