Senior Software Engineer - Observability Real User Monitoring (RUM) | US | Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for a talented fullstack engineer to build and evolve end-to-end observability features for our Real User Monitoring (RUM) initiative. You'll design and implement systems that ingest, store, and query high-cardinality, high-volume telemetry data using columnar/analytical databases. Your work will focus on developing performant query layers and APIs that power real-time exploration of user sessions, traces, and events. You'll also contribute to frontend applications that visualize RUM data, enabling users to debug performance issues and understand user behavior. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience with strong backend fundamentals. You should have experience building or operating distributed systems in production, familiarity with cloud-native systems, and experience working with high-throughput, high-cardinality data. You'll also need a strong understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and performance tradeoffs. Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, and React is a plus.
