Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

ABOUT THE ROLE We're expanding our engineering team in Argentina to build the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. As a remote-first company, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team in Buenos Aires. This role will be part of our Webflow Cloud team, responsible for deploying fully operational web apps on Webflow-hosted domains. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, you'll design and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs. You'll work with a range of technologies, including Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, Amazon Web Services EC2, S3, Lambdas, Kafka, and more. You'll also contribute to building and executing on functional strategy, lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables, and produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code. You'll have the opportunity to share your team preference during the interview process, and your final placement will be confirmed once the interview process is complete. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To thrive in this role, you'll need: - 5+ years developing and deploying web applications, with a proven track record of shipping code - Familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript, and experience writing scalable services and APIs using Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo, and MongoDB - Ability to debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack - Proven experience building complex web systems - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress) - Comfort working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment - A proactive approach to growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies WHY REMOTE As a remote-first company, we value flexibility and autonomy.
