Senior Software Engineer - Flows AI

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Flows AI team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in building the backend systems and product experiences that power our AI agent capabilities in Klaviyo's Flows product. With over 167,000 customers and billions of consumer profiles, we have a vast opportunity to develop state-of-the-art AI and machine learning technologies that drive our products and automate marketing or customer experiences for businesses. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Software Engineer on our Flows AI team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient backend systems that support our AI agent capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop product experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will help us build a robust and reliable infrastructure that can handle the complexity of our AI and machine learning technologies.
