As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a team focused on developing world-class enterprise capabilities and features in support of our largest and most sophisticated customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features and performance improvements to create highly scalable distributed data pipelines on the cloud. This will involve developing, maintaining, and testing code, as well as collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality systems. You will work on a wide range of projects, from performance engineering to data security and cluster orchestration. You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems and make a significant impact on the growth and success of Fivetran. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise-grade software development. You will be proficient in a range of technologies, including Java, SQL, Bazel, BuildKite, Docker, Kubernetes, Github, AWS, GCP, Azure, Postgres database, and AI tools. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
