Senior Platform Manager, Trust and Safety

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Platform Manager, Trust and Safety to join our team at Airbnb. As a critical member of our Trust and Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of hospitality and travel by identifying customer pain points, business opportunities, and defining/delivering the products that help us create a safe and trusted community around the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Platform Manager, Trust and Safety, you will be responsible for creating vision and strategy for Trust and Safety products and platforms. You will lead a cross-functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure alignment, execution, and launches. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a product backlog and roadmap, defining goals and success with measurable objectives and key results, building alignment across product teams, and presenting product roadmap and status to the business and Airbnb leadership. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of product management experience, prior experience in trust, safety, risk, or fraud, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You will also need strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, experience building machine learning products or technical product management, and exceptional collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills. WHY REMOTE This position is US-remote eligible, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. While the position is remote eligible, you must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity. You will be required to occasionally work at an Airbnb office or attend offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
