Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, driving revenue growth and customer success, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the sales and broader Americas revenue team to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects, promoting a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team. You will partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, guide the GTM strategy in the region, and provide insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocate for your team's needs. Additionally, you will play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure a high talent bar. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience. You should have experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science, as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience, and reside in the Central US region. BENEFITS Fivetran + dbt Labs offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $174,489 - $218,112 USD, and an on-target earnings range of $232,646 - $290,808 USD.
