WHAT YOU'LL DO - Set the technical and product direction for Webflow’s code‑native capabilities, defining the roadmap from core primitives to customer‑facing features. - Own the developer experience, from APIs and tooling to feedback loops, ensuring that code integration feels natural and reliable. - Lead the integration of AI‑driven coding agents into the building experience, collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineering teams. - Translate ambiguous technical challenges into robust, usable systems that scale with Webflow’s growth. - Maintain a hands‑on presence in architecture, design reviews, and prototyping to drive high‑quality delivery. - Hire, coach, and develop a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
