WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of core iOS features, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. - Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in Swift, Combine, and SwiftUI. - Partner with backend teams to integrate APIs, optimize network usage, and implement secure data handling. - Drive performance tuning, memory profiling, and automated testing to meet our uptime and latency targets. - Contribute to architectural decisions, including micro‑service interactions, offline data sync, and push‑notification workflows. - Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate new tools or frameworks that can accelerate delivery or improve user experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with a strong portfolio of production apps. - Deep expertise in Swift, Objective‑C, and modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, Core Data). - Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, production‑ready code in fast‑paced environments. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, UI, integration), and performance profiling. - Strong problem‑solving skills, especially around concurrency, networking, and data persistence. - Excellent communication abilities, comfortable presenting technical concepts to both engineering and non‑engineering stakeholders.
