ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking senior independent software builders to join A·Team, a VC-backed platform that connects talented individuals with high-growth companies on contract basis. As part of A·Team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-paying, meaningful missions with audacious companies, collaborating with a diverse group of product teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a member of A·Team, you will regularly receive invitations to impactful missions that match your interests. These missions typically involve building ambitious software projects from scratch as part of a small team of 3-4 people. Your responsibilities will include scoping out the project, providing options to the client, guiding strategy, and executing on the selected solution. You will be paid to work on these projects, with the opportunity to earn $90-$150+/hr. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be a good fit for A·Team, you should be a senior software developer who has left a large company or high-growth startup to pursue your craft with autonomy. You should prefer consistent contract work over a full-time role and enjoy creating a variety of new products alongside other top-tier builders. A·Team is not for people looking for small gigs, simple website development, or those early in their careers.
