Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Our mission is to empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers, and we're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. This role requires grit, as we move fast without sacrificing craft or quality. You'll operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Engineering, turning first-of-kind deployments into reusable patterns that shape our platform roadmap. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll embed with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical workflows, and turn those learnings into durable platform leverage. Engagements are time-bound, and success is measured by how quickly solutions become reusable without ongoing FDE involvement. You'll need to deliver solutions that work for multiple customers, not just one. Your work will be a key driver of our platform roadmap, and you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our company. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: - Experience working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Engineering - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions that can be reused across multiple customers - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - A deep understanding of web operations and the ability to turn first-of-kind deployments into reusable patterns - Strong technical skills, with experience working with a range of technologies and tools WHY REMOTE As a remote-first company, we value flexibility and autonomy, and we're looking for someone who can thrive in a remote environment. BENEFITS This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts that vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. Additionally, you'll receive a competitive salary, tailored to your location and experience. The base pay for this role ranges from $140,000 to $190,000, depending on your location and qualifications.
