WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years managing high‑impact engineering teams in a fast‑moving tech environment. You have a proven track record building and scaling real‑time, AI‑driven communication services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. You are fluent in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or Node.js) and comfortable with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and CI/CD pipelines. You possess strong analytical skills, with experience applying machine learning models to natural language processing and conversational flows. You excel at cross‑functional collaboration, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for product, sales, and support stakeholders.
