You will collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve our codebases and foster a culture of technical excellence. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex features and roadmap initiatives, clarifying and refining requirements across stakeholders, and navigating ambiguous requirements to deliver features that delight users. You will also contribute to long-term architectural planning and system design, lead technical problem-solving for complex challenges, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to align on priorities and delivery, clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts, and participate actively in meetings to drive clarity and shared understanding. You will also mentor and develop junior engineers, champion engineering best practices, and model emotional intelligence and resilience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 7-10 years of progressive software engineering experience, in-depth knowledge of modern software development practices and architectures, and a strong track record of scoping, delivering, and evolving large-scale features. You will also need experience with both frontend and backend technologies, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
