Senior Engineer - Business Systems (Integrations)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workato Integration Engineer to join our GTMTech team in Gurugram. As a critical member of our hybrid working model, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting integrations that are essential for core business operations. Our team is focused on high-impact, large-scale technology programs, such as Quote-to-Cash, with the mission of enhancing company efficiency, boosting profitability, and enabling data-driven decision-making through automation and AI. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Workato Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Automating, developing, and supporting integrations across various business systems, platforms, and tools - Collaborating closely with different business units and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions - Creating scalable solutions and operationalizing integrations using your integration expertise - Implementing and promoting integration best practices - Participating in on-call support rotation - Championing and role modeling MongoDB's culture principles, including Think Big, Make it Happen, Build Together, and Be Intellectually Honest WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 5 years of enterprise integration experience, with at least 3 years of experience in integration development using platforms such as Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc - A deep understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, messaging, and event-driven architectures, as well as Workato concepts like callable recipes, event streams, task optimization, etc - Proficiency with various Workato connectors, including Salesforce, Netsuite, HRIS, and Google AppSuite, along with expertise in Python/Ruby scripting skills - Strong development experience implementing Workato at scale, including automation, observability/monitoring, debugging skills in complex environments with multiple connected systems, implementing and managing devops process adhering to compliance, audit, and internal CI/CD processes - Hands-on experience in implementing secure and scalable REST APIs, implementing Workato MCP and agentic workflows - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in multiple connected systems with their respective environments - Excellent analysis and design capabilities, with a focus on system design, flow, scalability, performance, and mapping business requirements into technical solutions WHY REMOTE As a member of our hybrid working model, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
