WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and transform large volumes of real‑time communication data. You will develop predictive models and recommendation engines that power personalized messaging experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into data‑driven features and present insights to senior stakeholders. You will mentor junior data engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. You will evaluate new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, recommending best practices for scalability, security, and compliance. You will monitor model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of professional experience in data engineering and AI. You have proven expertise in distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Flink, or Beam, and strong proficiency in SQL and Python. You possess deep knowledge of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and experience building production‑grade models. You are comfortable working with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and have a solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and security best practices. You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. You thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
