Our Data Teams are hiring experienced Data Analysts to tackle complex challenges across key domains like Customer Experience, Finance, and Payments. This is an opportunity to move beyond standard reporting and act as a strategic partner, taking ownership of building scalable, automated data solutions that have a direct business impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Data Analyst at Adyen, you will have the autonomy to own high-impact projects from start to finish, setting the direction and leading critical initiatives independently. Your role will involve shaping business and product strategy by using your deep understanding of our customers to challenge assumptions and identify new opportunities. You will also be responsible for translating data into a compelling vision, communicating a clear technical vision and strategy to technical and business leaders, and establishing best practices for using data across the company. You will act as a multiplier across engineering, proactively unblocking other teams that depend on your work and mentoring colleagues through insightful feedback and code reviews. Your influence will extend beyond your own team, inspiring other teams with new ways of working. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. You should be proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), with familiarity in big data tools being a strong advantage. You will excel at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing effectively, and aligning your work with strategic goals. You should be an excellent communicator in English, able to manage diverse stakeholders and translate complex insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
