WHAT YOU'LL DO You will partner with product managers, sales leaders, and customer success teams to develop robust ROI models that demonstrate the financial impact of Grafana Cloud for diverse industries. You will conduct deep dives into customer telemetry and usage data to surface hidden value drivers and growth opportunities, translating technical metrics into clear business narratives. You will create and maintain a library of case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools that showcase proven value propositions across segments. You will lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts, presenting data‑driven insights that inform upsell and renewal strategies. You will collaborate with the finance team to refine pricing tiers and packaging, ensuring alignment with market demand and profitability targets. Finally, you will mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data‑centric decision making across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least eight years of experience in a data‑driven business analytics or product strategy role within a high‑growth tech company. You have a proven track record of building and validating ROI models that influence pricing and sales outcomes. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is essential. You possess strong storytelling skills, able to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executives, customers, and cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities enable you to influence decision makers in a distributed, fast‑moving environment. A passion for open source and a deep curiosity about observability technologies will help you stay ahead of industry trends.
