WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in collaborating with your team to build and support a particular part of our platform. You'll work alongside product managers, marketers, user researchers, designers, mobile engineers, web engineers, data analysts, business analysts, writers, and more to create a seamless customer experience. Our squads belong to our wider collectives, which are self-governing business units of around 100 people. You'll have the opportunity to join a collective that aligns with your skills and interests, and work on innovative projects that incorporate machine learning and AI. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need strong experience working on the backend of a technology product. You'll be passionate about building a product that you and your loved ones use every day, and you'll have a product mindset that prioritizes customer outcomes and data-informed decision-making. BENEFITS As a Senior Backend Engineer at Monzo, you'll receive a competitive salary of £105,000 - £135,000, plus incentive awards tied to your performance.
