Senior AI Engineer Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer/Architect to work on a variety of projects with hand-picked startups in the US and Europe. As a Senior AI Engineer/Architect, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and work on challenging projects that leverage your expertise in AI. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior AI Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for creating projects from scratch, working on application architecture, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality results. Your duties will include: - Designing and implementing AI solutions for clients - Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions - Working on a variety of projects, including those involving large language models, vector databases, and multi-agent systems - Developing and maintaining AI models and systems - Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions - A solid understanding of Python, with experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI a plus - Experience with Vector Databases, Pinecone, or Weaviate is required - 2+ years of experience with LangChain is mandatory - 2+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) or vLLMs is mandatory - 2+ years of experience with RAG or OpenAI is required - Strong technical skills, including the ability to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture - Clear and effective communication in English, with the ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues - Strong self-organizational skills, including the ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision - Reliability, adaptability, and flexibility WHY REMOTE We offer a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing you to choose a schedule that works best for you.
