ABOUT THE ROLE Acumentis Group is Australia's sole independent, ASX‑listed property valuation and advisory firm, with more than 350 professionals across 45 locations. We blend national scale with local expertise, prioritising service excellence, inclusion and continuous professional growth. As a Residential Valuer you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality property valuations that support our clients’ decisions and our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with fellow Valuers, Directors and Regional teams to uphold our rigorous quality standards, meet service level agreements and contribute to our regional growth strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will conduct thorough residential property valuations, gathering and analysing market data to produce accurate, defensible reports that meet client and regulatory expectations. You will maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of sales trends and market conditions in the Port Macquarie region, applying this insight to inform valuation methodology and pricing recommendations. You will manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery and a high level of client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Regional Director and Valuation team to review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and support business development initiatives. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes, tools and training materials, sharing best practices with colleagues. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in residential valuations and hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant Property Degree. A Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification is required, and you will demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the residential property market in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. You will possess excellent analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, concise valuation reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, colleagues and senior leadership. You will be self‑motivated, able to manage multiple assignments, and comfortable working within a distributed, asynchronous team culture. WHY REMOTE Acumentis embraces a flexible, distributed workforce that empowers employees to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Working remotely allows you to collaborate with colleagues across Australia using real‑time communication tools, while enjoying the autonomy to structure your day around your peak productivity times. Our asynchronous culture ensures that all team members can contribute effectively, regardless of time zone, and that collaboration is supported by robust digital platforms and regular virtual check‑ins. BENEFITS We offer comprehensive health coverage, a generous paid time off policy, a monthly remote working stipend and a dedicated learning budget to support your professional development. Additional benefits include access to a partner bank discount program, a full wellness calendar featuring fitness, mental health and volunteer opportunities, and a structured twice‑yearly promotion pathway. All employees receive a National Police Clearance, paid for by the business, to support compliance and client trust.
