A minimum of five years’ experience in building maintenance for Class A commercial properties, with strong HVAC knowledge of chilled water and DX systems. Training and certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, pool operation, and man‑lift operation. Proficiency in operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Deep understanding of building, electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems, including safety protocols and hazard mitigation. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina to perform manual work for extended periods, lift heavy loads, climb, and work in varying weather conditions. Willingness to travel between sites, work at heights, and work outside regular business hours as required. WHY REMOTE Dart embraces a distributed, asynchronous culture that empowers our teams to work from wherever they are most productive.
