ABOUT THE ROLE Anyone AI is seeking skilled Python Developers to collaborate on a project with a leading AI lab. This is a part-time, project-based consultant role that involves designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a consultant, you will design and evaluate complex coding scenarios, including bug resolution, feature implementation, refactoring/migration, and test generation. Your work will involve creating realistic coding tasks and reviewing peer submissions for quality and accuracy. You will also be responsible for developing and extending unit and integration test suites, reviewing peer-generated tasks, and identifying edge cases and potential failure modes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Advanced professional written proficiency in English - 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience - Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go - Backend or full-stack development experience in production systems - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing) - Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi-file codebases - Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations WHY REMOTE This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to control your own schedule and work from anywhere. BENEFITS As a consultant, you will be paid on a per-project basis, with hourly rates estimated based on anticipated completion time.
