Program Manager, Security Business Enablement

ABOUT THE ROLE The Program Manager, Security Business Enablement role at Stripe is a critical position within the Office of the CISO. As a subject matter expert in information security, you will be responsible for building trust with current and prospective customers and partners by communicating and representing the security activities performed by Stripe's employees and processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Program Manager, you will function as an information security subject matter expert, leading cross-functional teams to engage with customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for all go-to-market related requests, operating autonomously to implement and operate tooling and automation across multiple teams and functions, and identifying and evaluating information security control gaps. You will also develop information security policies and standards, and develop and report on the team's program health and success metrics. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to be a subject matter expert in information security frameworks, practices, policies, standards, and procedures. You should have 5+ years of experience engaging with customer and partner business, engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams as part of the go-to-market sales cycle. You should also have experience driving large-scale projects and programs from start to finish within highly complex operating environments.
