Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Dropbox is building a world‑class People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team to support its global workforce. As a Program Manager in this team, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Contingent Workforce program, ensuring that contractors and temporary staff experience the same high quality service as full‑time employees. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline processes, drive compliance, and continuously improve the employee experience across all regions. Your work will directly influence how Dropbox attracts, manages, and retains talent in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will oversee the global contingent workforce program, serving as the primary point of contact for all related processes, escalations, and program questions. You will collaborate with MSPs, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, and Procurement to maintain consistent execution and to identify gaps that can be closed through process improvements. You will develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and documentation, ensuring clear SLAs and governance across the program. You will support ServiceNow enhancements, reporting, compliance tracking, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership. You will work closely with HR Project Managers to execute projects, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that elevate the quality of the employee experience. Finally, you will manage ad‑hoc HR operations tasks, coordinate cross‑regional onboarding, and communicate changes to stakeholders in a timely manner. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least five years of experience in HR operations or administration within a fast‑paced, global organization. You have a proven track record of managing Workday and ServiceNow service requests and of driving process improvements that reduce risk and increase efficiency. Your problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and troubleshooting skills enable you to resolve complex issues and to recommend cost‑effective solutions. You are comfortable using Office Suite, Gmail, and Google Docs, and you possess strong customer‑service skills that translate into high satisfaction scores. A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required, and you are adept at communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. WHY REMOTE Dropbox’s remote culture is built on asynchronous collaboration, flexible schedules, and a focus on results rather than location. Teams are distributed across time zones, enabling continuous progress on projects while respecting personal work‑life boundaries. The remote environment fosters innovation, as employees can work from the locations that best support their productivity and creativity. Dropbox provides the tools and resources necessary to stay connected, including secure collaboration platforms, regular virtual town halls, and opportunities for spontaneous virtual coffee chats. BENEFITS Dropbox offers competitive health, dental, and vision coverage, a generous paid time off policy, a remote stipend to support home office setup, and a learning budget for professional development. Additional benefits include life insurance, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, and access to employee assistance resources. All benefits are designed to support your well‑being, growth, and success in a flexible, remote‑first workplace.
