Principal Partner Manager - Channels (UKI Security)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Principal Partner Manager to drive growth with our top security-focused channel partners in EMEA. The successful candidate will build and accelerate business relationships, analyze partner performance, and identify opportunities to position Datadog as the leading observability and cloud security platform for our partners' customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Principal Partner Manager, you will be responsible for owning the top cloud security-focused channel partner relationships, driving net new and expansion revenue, and recruiting and onboarding new security-focused partners. You will also oversee the Datadog Partner Agreement process, work with partners to develop joint solution and services offerings, and enable and activate existing partners through training and joint selling activities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in the cyber security and/or cloud security SaaS industry - Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships - Understanding of, and exposure to working with, the leading cloud hyperscalers - Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing - Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time across the EMEA region - Professional English language skills required; additional European language skills are a plus WHY REMOTE Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
