Principal Engineer - Clari Core

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Principal Engineer to join Clari + Salesloft, a leading provider of Predictive Revenue Systems. As a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product Engineering org, you will play a pivotal role in realizing our company's vision and shaping the future of enterprise revenue. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping future-proof interfaces, conceptualizing and building new features, leading large cross-functional projects, and owning architecture decisions across multiple teams. You will also debug production issues, uplevel observability and reliability, and mentor Staff and Senior engineers. Your work will have a significant impact on the business and contribute to the development of ground-breaking AI-driven enterprise-grade applications. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 12+ years of experience in building distributed systems or platform infrastructure designed for high-scale, data-intensive workloads. You should have expert-level proficiency in Java or a similar object-oriented language and familiarity with infrastructure tooling, service frameworks, and observability platforms. Additionally, you should have deep experience with cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, serverless architectures, and managed services.
