Partner Solutions Architect (Brazil)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Solutions Architect to join our team at Datadog. As a key member of our Channels & Alliances business segment, you will be responsible for supporting various technical initiatives and activities for our partners, driving success, and serving as a trusted technical advisor for our Partner channel. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources. You will also participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align with Datadog and Partner technical teams. Your duties will include: - Collaborating with internal teams to support Partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and partner team enablement workshops - Advocating on behalf of Partners' technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and personnel - Analyzing and understanding Partner service offerings and providing recommendations to enhance the value of those services through greater or improved adoption of Datadog features and capabilities - Collaborating with Datadog's product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities - Curing and evolving lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations. You will have a demonstrable track-record and passion for learning, with 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner-facing technical role. You should be a self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen, able to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom. Desired hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas is also required: - Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, or Dynatrace - Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry - Dev/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go - Config Mgmt: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef - CI / CD: Jenkins, Gitlab WHY REMOTE Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace to ensure our team members can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
