Order to Cash Track Lead, Finance Engineering

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Track Lead, Finance Engineering to join our Finance Technology Systems team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Order to Cash application landscape and core financial workflows. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of our Finance function and drive growth through technology innovation. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Order to Cash Track Lead, you will be accountable for the design, implementation, and operation of our O2C stack, ensuring it aligns with company priorities and delivers revenue uplift. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing on the roadmap for Klaviyo's O2C stack, translating business requirements into functional and technical design - Integrating CPQ to NetSuite and delivering Enterprise capabilities with scale - Analyzing the O2C systems landscape and providing recommendations for future-proofing Klaviyo's Finance systems - Ensuring high code quality through thorough test cases and rigorous build and test processes - Owning SOX, controls, and audit readiness for Finance systems, partnering with Internal Audit, Security, and external auditors - Simplifying and automating controls and evidence collection to reduce audit friction and deficiencies - Driving AI-native transformation across Finance, identifying and delivering high-value AI use cases across the O2C workflow - Partnering with AI and data platform teams and Finance Engineering to embed AI into core Finance processes - Designing and optimizing core Finance processes and systems, ensuring tight alignment with Controllership, Tax, Treasury leaders - Configuring, integrating, and operating ERP and other SaaS O2C applications to support accurate, timely close, scalable revenue and billing, and high-quality financial data - Serving as the primary technology partner for Controller and Finance leadership team on systems, data, and process topics - Representing Finance Technology Systems in executive forums, planning cycles, and cross-functional initiatives WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A career at the intersection of Finance and Technology, with experience in teams through real complexity - A product design mindset, with a focus on roadmaps, outcomes, and partnerships - Knowledge of what a well-run O2C function looks like, and the ability to build one - Experience in ERP and other transformations, SOX audits, billing system overhauls, or integrating Finance systems across a growing company WHY REMOTE At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that each team member brings to our workplace.
