Media Analytics Manager, Measurement & Attribution

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced analytics professional to join our Measurement Science Team in Media Analytics at Instacart. As a key member of our team, you'll develop sophisticated measurement solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of advertising on our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with multi-retailer 1st party deterministic data to provide causal understanding of advertising impact on consumer behavior. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an analytics expert, you'll design and execute advanced experiments that prove advertising value and optimize campaigns, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll analyze experiment data to produce nuanced recommendations for improving ad performance and measurement outcomes. You'll also tailor measurement approaches to meet stakeholder needs, develop innovative metrics and data visualizations, and present experimental findings and other data-driven insights to senior clients. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Business. You'll also require 6+ years of experience in data and measurement or consulting fields with demonstrated expertise in statistical data analytics. Additionally, you'll need 3+ years of relevant experience within advertising efficacy, media/marketing measurement, and experimentation.
