Manager, Solutions Engineering

ABOUT THE ROLE Hightouch is a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' initial experiences with Hightouch's platform are seamless, leading to successful and enduring partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-centric environment. You will partner strategically with Hightouch Account Executives throughout the customer journey, delivering tailored demonstrations and customer proofs-of-concept based on agreed-upon requirements. You will develop deep technical domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing, and integration platforms, and engage with customers daily to deeply understand their data activation needs and architect elegant solutions that leverage the Hightouch platform to its fullest potential. You will be accountable for the exceptional customer experience during the new revenue pilot and closing phases, and drive strategic initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Solutions Engineering team. You will collaborate effectively with Account Executives and Product Managers to identify and champion customer-specific feature requests and product enhancements. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background with prior experience working directly with clients in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity to achieve business objectives, preferably within the data or SaaS space. You will have a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and developing technical teams. You will also have extensive experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries in a technical capacity with end-customer engagement. WHY REMOTE Hightouch is a remote-first company, and this role will be fully remote. As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Engineers and working closely with Account Executives and Product Managers to ensure the success of our customers. BENEFITS We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000-$196,000 annually, as well as meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options. We also offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
