Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Manager, Network Recruitment to join our Contracting team at Oscar. As a Manager, Network Recruitment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of associate recruiters and network specialists, ensuring the successful execution of local network strategies within an assigned territory. You will balance personal recruitment production with the coaching of team members to identify, source, and qualify high-quality healthcare providers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Manager, Network Recruitment, you will drive the daily tactical execution of provider recruiting by coordinating across multiple business units to ensure the team hits specific development goals, cost targets, and adequacy metrics. You will also supervise the creation and distribution of marketing and communication content, ensuring all team messaging is high-quality and accurately reflects our value proposition to prospective providers. Additionally, you will act as the direct supervisor for network recruiting analysts and associates, providing daily guidance, performance coaching, and technical mentorship to ensure high productivity. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in provider network recruiting and contract negotiation, as well as 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally leading a primarily remote team. You will also need 3+ years in provider relations or network management, including experience building and delivering presentations to diverse audiences and levels. A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience is also required. WHY REMOTE This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings, with a travel requirement of up to 75%.
