Manager, CX AI Strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets. As a Manager, CX AI Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of customer experience at Brex. You will lead the CX AI Strategy team, setting direction, developing team members, and aligning priorities to CX and company goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Manager, CX AI Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the CX AI Strategy team, driving performance metrics, and owning the CX AI roadmap. You will collaborate with CX leaders to drive performance metrics, monitor results, and drive improvement when targets aren't met. You will also own the development and deployment of internal AI tools that make Brex's CX team faster, more accurate, and more consistent. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in CX strategy, AI operations, product operations, or a related function at the intersection of technology and customer experience. You will also need 1+ years of experience managing or developing a team of 4+ ICs, with a track record of setting direction, developing people, and delivering results. You will be required to spend a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely for up to four weeks per year.
