Integration Engineer, Professional Services (French fluency)

ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, helping millions of companies grow their revenue and accelerate new business opportunities. As an Integration Engineer on the Professional Services team, you will work with our most strategic users to provide technical expertise and drive the adoption of Stripe's platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Integration Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with Stripe's most strategic users, from initial discovery through to live integration and ongoing optimization. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue on behalf of the Professional Services team - Planning and executing integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation - Educating users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments - Providing recommendations, feedback, and best practices to the product and engineering teams - Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our largest users' and partners' technical teams - Leading strategic conversations and developing plans to transform the payments and financial infrastructure for leading enterprises WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering, with strong generalist technical skills - Technical leadership on a large user-facing project from beginning to end - Comfortable with code-level debugging and talking about technical concepts - Excellent communication skills in both French and English - A user-first approach with empathy for our users and confidence engaging with customers WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the growth of Stripe's platform.
