ABOUT THE ROLE At Localiza&Co we are building the future of sustainable mobility, and our team in Curitiba plays a vital role in ensuring that every vehicle that reaches our customers is pristine and safe. As a Car Sanitizer, you will be the first line of quality assurance for our fleet, maintaining the appearance and condition of each vehicle before it is sold or rented. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Wash and sanitize all vehicles available for sale, following detailed procedures for both interior and exterior surfaces. - Calibrate tires according to the company’s calibration table and routinely start engines to preserve battery life. - Inspect each vehicle for defects, damages, or missing accessories, and communicate findings to the team leader for prompt resolution. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and functioning. - Collaborate closely with the maintenance and quality teams to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance vehicle presentation. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A valid Brazilian driver’s license (category B) held for at least one year. - Completed high school education. - Experience performing physically demanding tasks, preferably in a service or automotive environment. - Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving. - Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections.
