GTM Analytics Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE As a GTM Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales & marketing efficiency. You will work cross-functionally across the entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions, ensuring that Lattice operates at its full potential. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools, refine ambiguous questions, and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business. You will also be able to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience. You should have 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or a strategic role in a technology company. Strong SQL and dbt skills are a must, and prior experience with Looker (or other BI tool) is a plus. You should also have an understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics, as well as very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business. Strong communication skills are also essential. BENEFITS The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $164,500 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
