Engineering Manager, Agents

ABOUT THE ROLE Hightouch is a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, Agents to join our team and lead the development of our platform. As an engineering leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our product and driving its growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Engineering Manager, Agents, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development of our Agentic Marketing Platform. Your key outcomes will include: - Product Development: Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products as required to drive the business forward. - Pace: Improve the pace of execution of the team through a combination of leadership and technical expertise. - Recruiting: Grow the team by identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring we hire high-impact team members. - Reliability: Up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching our own issues before our customers do, and a strong incident management hygiene. - People: Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation. Some of the problems we'll be working on include: - Content Generation: Helping marketers create high-quality, on-brand content at scale by combining foundation models with rich customer context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance. - Context Management: Building systems that ingest, organize, and retrieve customer context efficiently so agents can reason well, stay grounded, and improve over time. - Insights: Helping marketers understand what is happening across their campaigns, customers, and channels, and what to do next by generating insights and into creative fatigue, performance, and competitors. - Orchestration: Building systems that integrate with ad and lifecycle platforms, orchestrate campaign setup and delivery, and make it easy to launch and manage campaigns reliably across channels. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Experience in leading engineering teams and driving product development. - Strong technical expertise and a high technical bar. - Ability to improve the pace of execution of the team. - Experience in recruiting and growing high-impact teams. - Strong people management skills and ability to foster growth of team members.
