WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, develop, and maintain core services and APIs that support our e‑commerce and marketing platforms, ensuring high availability and low latency. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation. - Participate in architecture discussions, contributing to long‑term technical roadmaps and system scalability strategies. - Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive monitoring and alerting to reduce mean time to recovery. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that align with our product vision. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python. - Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, working with relational and NoSQL databases, and implementing secure authentication mechanisms. - Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance profiling. - Excellent problem‑solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - A passion for building high‑quality, user‑centric products and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
