Director, Product Management - Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead our Cloud Security and Shared Capabilities team at Datadog. As a mission-critical role, you will provide product and strategy leadership to grow our market share through differentiation, innovation, and compelling customer value. This position will play a key role in establishing Datadog as a security industry leader. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for running and growing multiple product lines to meet revenue and business targets. You will lead and own product strategy and roadmap for accountable security product lines, ensuring alignment with revenue and business goals and delivering compelling differentiation and customer value. Your key responsibilities will include: - Running and growing multiple product lines to meet revenue and business targets with the goal of building a multi-hundred million dollar annual business - Leading and owning product strategy and roadmap for accountable security product lines, fully aligned to revenue and business goals and with compelling differentiation and customer value - Ensuring predictable roadmap execution across direct and partner teams to achieve product and business outcomes required to meet revenue and business goals - Analyzing and developing pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue through attaching deep understanding of market dynamics and other strategic leverage points - Driving GTM strategy with GTM partner teams to achieve revenue and business goals - Fulfilling the role as the product-leader representative across accountable product lines with analyst, press, and customer communities - Managing and growing both manager and individual contributor (IC) Product Managers, ensuring they are motivated, delivering high-quality work, and finding high fulfillment WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of leading and growing product lines to meet revenue and business targets. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product strategy and roadmap across multiple teams. You will also have a deep understanding of market dynamics and be able to analyze and develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue.
