Director, Product Management - Channel Infrastructure & Mobile

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management to lead our Channel Infrastructure and Mobile teams at Klaviyo. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our messaging platforms, driving innovation, and delivering impactful customer solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Director of Product Management, you will define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for Klaviyo's messaging platforms, focusing on scalability, performance, and customer data ownership. You will lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems, drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, and establish key performance metrics to propel performance improvements. You will also cultivate relationships with major platform partners and stakeholders, manage a team of talented product managers, and continuously assess market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new channel features or enhancements. Additionally, you will enhance communication processes, champion agile development approaches, facilitate feedback loops with customers, and implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure product reliabilities.
