Director, Product Analytics

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Director, Product Analytics to join Fin, the AI Customer Agent company on a mission to provide perfect customer experiences. As a Director, Product Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of product data science at Fin, helping leaders make better decisions, and driving business outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Director, Product Analytics, you will be responsible for helping product and company leaders make informed decisions on where to focus, bringing structure and judgment to ambiguous product, customer, and performance questions, and identifying areas where Fin should intervene. You will also shape early product direction, especially in zero-to-one and fast-evolving areas, and define where product data science should engage deeply versus where lighter support is sufficient. Additionally, you will define a vision for what product data science should look like in an AI-native product organization, shape how AI is used in analysis, and improve visibility into product performance. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly consultative and influence-heavy leader who can build trust with senior stakeholders and challenge weak logic or fuzzy thinking when needed. You should have a clear point of view on what an AI-native product data science function looks like, how AI can increase leverage in analysis without lowering quality or rigor, and how product data science should evolve as Fin evolves. You will also need to be able to define the right capability mix for the team over time, where foundations work belongs, and how AI can increase leverage in analysis.
