Director of Product Marketing - USA

ABOUT THE ROLE As the Director of Product Marketing at Storyblok, we're seeking a seasoned professional to shape our product positioning, launch, and growth in the market, particularly in the US, UK, and EMEA. This is a senior, hands-on role that requires translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives, and being comfortable working with engineers, executives, and other stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Director of Product Marketing, you'll guide a talented team in sales enablement, website conversion, feature adoption, and Storyblok's market positioning with industry analysts and customer review platforms. Your mission is to enable Storyblok to win in the market by clearly articulating our value, differentiation, and future direction. Key responsibilities include: - Elevating our product marketing function to influence revenue, customer acquisition, and market leadership - Guiding a team in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy - Defining and executing sales enablement programs and sales plays - Partnering with Sales Leadership on rep onboarding, conversion effectiveness, and messaging alignment - Developing and maintaining relationships with industry analysts and customer review platforms WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Fluency in technical territory, including headless CMS architecture and API documentation - Experience working hands-on with developers, either as a technical product marketer, solutions engineer, technical product manager, or in an engineering-adjacent role - Ability to earn credibility with a technical audience and translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding a team in sales enablement, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy WHY REMOTE As a fully remote company, we prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible schedules.
