ABOUT THE ROLE Kruger NearShore LLC – Rekluti is a leading technology talent consultancy serving clients across LATAM. We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our high‑complexity projects and help build scalable web solutions that power our clients’ digital transformation. The role is 100 % remote, contractor‑based, and conducted entirely in Spanish, allowing you to work from anywhere in LATAM while collaborating with a distributed, asynchronous team of product managers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and fellow developers. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end applications, taking responsibility for both the frontend and backend layers. You will build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and Go, ensuring clean, testable, and well‑documented code. You will craft modern, responsive user interfaces with Angular, integrating them seamlessly with backend services and third‑party APIs. You will participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decision‑making, and help define best practices for scalability and performance. You will conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and troubleshoot production incidents to maintain high reliability. You will occasionally extend your skill set to mobile development with Flutter when required by project scope. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have at least five years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record as a Full Stack Developer. You are an advanced Python developer, comfortable building backend services and data pipelines. You possess strong Angular expertise, creating dynamic, maintainable front‑end code. You have hands‑on experience with Go, building efficient, concurrent services. You have designed and implemented REST APIs, microservices, and complex integrations, and you are familiar with both SQL and NoSQL databases. You are proficient with Git, continuous integration, and agile methodologies. You understand Google Cloud Platform services and have deployed applications in a cloud environment. You have basic knowledge of Flutter and are eager to expand your mobile skills. You are a self‑starter who can analyze complex problems, propose elegant solutions, and communicate clearly in Spanish.
