ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Scientist - Inference, Community Support at Airbnb, you will play a critical role in driving the company's mission to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights, and communicating complex data findings to stakeholders. Your work will focus on inference and data modeling, with a particular emphasis on supporting the Community Support team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in data science, including experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. You should be proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, and have experience working with large datasets. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science is required, and a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
