Data Scientist, Growth Product

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Data Scientist, Growth Product to collaborate with our Growth Product and Engineering teams to drive measurable impact across the member journey. This role combines product, data, and experimentation to turn data into decisions that shape how millions of members discover, direct deposit, and get value from Chime. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Data Scientist, Growth Product, you will own funnels end-to-end, design and analyze A/B tests, and translate ambiguous business questions into clear, prioritized recommendations that ship. Your responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams, designing and running A/B tests, building and maintaining dashboards, and translating complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for product and executive audiences. You will also collaborate with Data Engineering to improve the quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness of growth datasets. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To thrive in this role, you will have 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in product or business analytics roles, with expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python. You will also have hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, a solid grasp of statistical concepts, and demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior cross-functional partners. Strong business intuition and judgment, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, are also essential. BENEFITS The base salary for this role will begin at $109,000 and go up to $150,000, with full-time employees eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
