ABOUT THE ROLE Lyft is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Self-Serve segment, the fastest-growing part of our B2B portfolio. As a dedicated analytical partner to the Self-Serve product team, you will measure how new features drive customer activation and growth, and deliver insights that inform where the business invests next. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing high-impact analyses on Self-Serve performance, owning the Self-Serve funnel, defining key metrics, and partnering with Product and Engineering to validate instrumentation and surface data gaps. You will also turn recurring reporting into well-defined, reusable datasets, identify workflows worth automating, and conduct deep-dive analyses to establish conversion baselines and measure business impact. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in analytics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role. You should be proficient in SQL, have experience with funnel analytics, conversion measurement, and A/B testing, and be familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
